Musician Photography

Randy and I had a date night with friends of ours on a work night recently.  It was something we never do because 1) its hard to get a babysitter and 2) who wants to be tired on a work day from staying out late.  We had a lot of fun and we got to do one of my favorite things...see a musician in action! I took one of our cameras so I could get in some music photography.

The band was Hinder and if you aren't familiar you should know that Austin, the lead singer, is fantastic! My favorite song of the band's is Lips of an Angel. Here are some pics from our night watching Hinder at George's Majestic Lounge in Fayetteville.

Musician & Concert Photographer

My sister is a huge Third Day fan and she convinced me to go along with her and my younger sister to one of their concerts in Tulsa.  She asked if I would take some photos of the band while she managed to secure us as VIP guests.  We did a meet and greet and Q&A before sitting second row from the stage.  I was feeling very VIP!

Third Day put on a fantastic concert! The opening musicians were amazing too.  I decided that my calling is to be a photographer for sexy musicians.  They were so dreamy! Maybe it was the lights, the music, the close encounter, whatever it was...I need more of it!
